Bok Choy, Stir Fry
Bok choy is a tender Asian green, often paired with soy sauce and ginger. Try this recipe over some rice!
INGREDIENTS
8 cups Bok Choy 1 Tbsp. Olive oil 1 tsp. Minced fresh ginger 2 cloves Garlic, minced 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce Prep time: 5 minutes Total time: 5 minutes |
DIRECTIONS
1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. 2 Add garlic and ginger and cook 1 minute. 3. Add bok choy and soy sauce. Cook 3-5 minutes until greens are wilted and stalks are crisp and tender. |
