Radishes are a great addition to a salad, and they can be eaten raw or cooked. Try baking radishes with a few spices to make a tasty side dish.
2-1/4 lb Radishes
3 Tbsp. Olive oil
1 tsp. Dried oregano
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/8 tsp Pepper
Prep time: 10 minutes
Total time: 30 minutes
1. Wash radishes and but into halves or quarters.
2. In a bowl, combine the radishes, oil, and spices.
3. Transfer to a baking pan, and bake in the oven at 425ºFfor 30 minutes, or until crisp-tender. Stirring once.
